Launched in January 2004, DNEList was one of the first professional online services geared towards helping email marketers adhere to CAN_SPAM laws and regulations. In order for email marketers to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, unsubscribe requests generated from both in house and third party mailings must be actively managed; which can be an enormous challenge. DNEList captures opt-out requests via an affiliate-specific unsubscribe link or email inbox, and also provides an interface that enables email marketers to share these "suppression" lists with all of their marketing partners.
In addition to acting as a stand along tool, DNEList directly integrates with DirectTrack and allows our clients to actively manage their opt-out lists and provide affiliates with unique opt-out links per campaign.
